INFORMATION
REQUIRED TO PROCESS YOUR BOOKING
For us to process a booking for you, we require some
information. This includes your name, nationality, gender
(or the gender of the group you are in), email address
(only used for sending confirmation of your bookings or to
contact you for any reason directly linked to your
reservation) and contact number (only used to contact you
if there is an urgent problem with your booking).
Also, since we confirm your booking while you are on the
site, we require your credit or debit card details so we
can guarantee your rooms/beds upon payment of your
deposit.
SECURITY
We guarantee to never give or sell any information collected from you to third parties for any reason. But we do NOT take any responsibility for the security of all your information that is transferred between your computer and our server. That means we can NOT guarantee that no third parties can intercept, read and use the data. You take your own risk to transfer your personal information on the INTERNET.
BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
We reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these terms at any time and make changes to the products and programs described in the Site at any time and without notice or liability. Please check periodically for changes. Your continued use and/or access to this Site following changes to this policy and/or conditions will mean that you accept those changes.
By accessing and utilizing this Site, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, so please carefully read this section before proceeding.

The booking will be confirmed by e-mail and your credit card will be debited equivalent to the cost of one overnight stay per person as the booking deposit.

Any
outstanding amount and extra charges (e.g. key deposit),
if applicable, are payable upon arrival at the hostel.

If you cancel a confirmed booking giving less than seven days notice, or fail to arrive at all, your booking deposit will be retained by the hostel as a cancellation fee.

For any changes to an existing reservation, please contact us directly.

Should your credit card expire or your credit card details change prior to arrival, please contact us directly with the amended details.

Guests aged 16 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult over the age of 21. If you are 17 you can stay unaccompanied if you have a letter from your parent or guardian that states they are aware that you are staying at the hostel and that the hostel will not supervise your activities. You will be expected to pay the adult overnight rate.

discounts for group bookings of more than 8 people,
however these cannot be processed online - please
